We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your arrival you will not be charged.
If cancellations is made with less than 24 hours notice, the deposit is forfeited as a late cancellation fee.
If you simply do not show up or turn up late to a booked appointment, the deposit is forfeited as a no-show fee.
